As a number of new igaming titles grace the CasinoBeats inbox, sit back and get to grips with a select few new slot games in one handy bite-size chunk.

Solar Gods – Synot Games

Cross the great dunes in Synot Games’ latest slot title which sees players enter a land full of prosperity, gold and wins in Solar Gods. The title is a six-reel, four-row video slot that includes seven different symbols, including wild, bonus and scarab.

Players can bet on their golden scarab to help guide them through the Solar God’s territory. Additionally, within the bonus pyramid, the scarab can aid players with additional free spins.

The title offers 30 paylines along with a Hit Rate of 28.63 per cent. Furthermore, players can achieve a max win of 3,117x their initial bet.

“This 6×4 video slot themed in ancient Egypt’s era will pull you with its stunning golden graphics and theme music. The 30 fixed paylines will bring you closer to your win” – a company spokesperson.

Hot 7 Hold and Spin – Stakelogic

Designed to appeal to anticipation enthusiasts, Hot 7 Hold and Spin is a 3×3 reel, 5 payline slot that comes with three features – hold and spin, expanding wilds and gamble – to add even more excitement.

Hold and Spin is triggered when three silver or gold coin symbols land on the middle reel. The middle reel is then locked and the symbols on reels one and three are replaced by feature symbols.

The feature starts with four spins, and the value of the coin symbols that land anywhere on reels one and three during the feature are then added to the win total.

Wild symbols can appear during the base game. When they do, they expand to cover all symbols on that reel and will replace all symbols except coin symbols.

Players can also gamble their winnings. They can bet on the card colour or card suit – the former potentially multiplying their win x2 and the latter x4.

“We have built a reputation for designing and developing the best classic slot games in the market and in Hot 7 Hold and Spin we have yet another excellent slot that will appeal to the purist.

“While the game may look like a standard classic slot, we have taken the gameplay to the next level with not one but three features. In particular, Hold and Spin lets that anticipation build with the middle reel locked and the top paying symbols dropping either side.

“This really is a great game and makes for a fantastic addition to our suite of classic slot games.” – Stephan van den OetelaarCEO of Stakelogic.

Buster Hammer Carnival – Yggdrasil and ReelPlay

Buster Hammer Carnival, ReelPlay’s fifth launch through Yggdrasil’s YG Masters program, is a 5×5, 3,125 payline slot set within a bright and bustling carnival.

ReelPlay’s animated hero strongman Buster awaits next to the reels ready to test his strength by smashing the high striker if a wild hammer lands. On each reel, gold wild hammers can appear, depending on how hard Buster strikes, creating heightened wins through the expanding wilds.

If three or more scatters land, the mighty free spins mode is triggered. The canopy of the big top expands to provide for extended reels offering a massive 32,768 ways to win.

“As part of the YG Masters initiative we’re able to rapidly scale up our roadmap and unveil games to new partners with regularity and consistent success.

“We’re very fond of Buster and had some fun with his animations in this title where we extended his cheeky character. On top of this, all the key elements ReelPlay are known for are firmly there and we’re excited to see how Buster Hammer Carnival is received by players accessing the game via Yggdrasil’s operator partners.” – David Johnson, CCO at ReelPlay.

Fishin’ Reels – Pragmatic Play

Players are invited to take a deep dive week into the unknown in its latest underwater slot release, the 3×5, ten payline Fishin Reels.

Three or more matching scatter symbols triggers the free spins feature. When this happens, players will need to choose one of two bonus round options.

The first bonus feature is a low volatility option called ‘Reel It In,’ featuring fish symbols that land with a cash value from 0.5x up to 250x the original bet. If one of these land at the same time as the special fisherman symbol on the last reel, the fisherman will reel in the values, awarding the player with big wins.

The second bonus feature, ‘The Big Catch,’ offers more volatility. A big catch symbol in the form of a golden swordfish can appear as an overlay on any paying symbol. When three of these symbols are hit, two free spins and a fishing mini-game will be triggered.

“Our latest launch draws inspiration from the deepest depths, providing our global audience with a fantastic fishing-themed video slot.

“With charming animations and a unique system that places players at the heart of a subaquatic adventure, Fishin’ Reels brings something new to our library of slot titles. We expect our customers to relish this addition.” – Yossi Barzely, chief business sevelopment officer at Pragmatic Play.

High 5 Games – Kingdom of Gold Mystic Ways

High 5 Games has returned to its classic Kingdom of Gold title and given it a revamp, as the firm introduces its latest slot, Kingdom of Gold Mystic Ways.

Kingdom of Gold: Mystic Ways has between 729 and 1,000,000 ways to win as players can visit the temple of temptation and enter the ever-evolving board to find the immense treasure.

With the return of Way Out Ways, the feature that builds the possibility of getting more symbols on a standard reel, players can land a chance to win up to 1,000,000 ways when they expand their reels from four to ten.

“In Kingdom of Gold: Mystic Ways, we’ve taken the opportunity to refine and improve the Way Out Ways feature by making it both more intuitive and rewarding.

“Directional activator symbols now expand the reels both upwards and downwards, up to a length of ten symbols and a total maximum of 1,000,000 ways.

“Additionally, expanding a reel fully in either direction awards the player a locked wild for the next three spins. The ever-shifting layout results in an exceptionally dynamic play experience where the player can see the clear potential for huge wins.” – Phil Welty, head of game design at High 5 Games.

Evoplay Entertainment – Wild Bullets

Games development studio Evoplay Entertainment has debuted Wild Bullets, which invites gun-slinging gamblers to an all-action extravaganza featuring train robberies, cowboys, saddlebags, boasting the chance for players to win up to x3800 in a Stetson-studded shoot-out.

Following a sneaky sheriff’s secret mission to catch a bandit and his henchmen on the run from the law, bettors standing by for a showdown could claim multipliers of up to x2, and x6 in the gunfight bonus game.

The biggest prize waits for players in the free spins game, where total winnings can be multiplied by up to x60 – with a real saddlebag of gold lying in wait.

“With an inviting cast of characters, sensational symbols and mega multipliers fit for a sherriff, Wild Bullets is the latest in a long line of gripping Evoplay Entertainment game releases designed for an emerging demographic of tech-savvy gamblers.

“Having added a thrilling range of games to an innovation-packed offering that is enjoyed by an ever-growing army of fans, it’s been a hugely successful year for our company – and we look forward to delighting our players with plenty of action-packed launches throughout the year ahead.” – Ivan Kravchuk, CEO at Evoplay Entertainment

BF Games – Stunning Cube

BF Games has released its Rubik’s Cube inspired slot title Stunning Cube, which sees players arrange single-coloured walls to win big.

This 3×3, five payline title, set in a virtual world overseen by a cyber geisha, promises a number of features with plenty of opportunity for players to collect bumper prizes.

The wild symbol can substitute for all others while landing a wall of nine identical symbols will reward players with the cube of luck feature, which offers the chance to multiply winnings up to six times.

During the base game, every win adds to the title’s bonus meter, which when filled up awards ten free spins, further adding to the game’s win potential.

“With Stunning Cube we are offering players a unique experience with fantastic 3D graphics, dynamic animations and thrilling features.

“Our development team has done a really good job with this title to ensure it stands out from the crowd and Stunning Cube really is a great addition to any operator’s lobby.” – Piotr Szpoton, CEO at BF Games.

Synot Games – Reel Hot Respin

Synot Games has unleashed its latest fruit-themed slot title Reel Hot Respin, with the supplier intending to blend old school vibes and modern mechanics.

Symbols within the game consist of a lemon, cherries, plums, and BARs which can pay up to 250x the player’s bets, depending on how they land, while high paying sevens can pay up to 500x.

Player’s get the chance to respin a reel of their choice for an additional bet, which is displayed at the bottom of the reel, after each spin.

Furthermore, if three scatter symbols land anywhere on the reels, the free spins feature is activated which results in all wins being multiplied.

“We can all agree that missing just one symbol in a winning combination can be a little bit of a letdown.  In Reel Hot Respin, we offer players a second chance for the win.

“Overall, Reel Hot Respin was one of the more challenging titles when it comes to mathematics, but we are convinced it will stand out among otherwise classic games and find plenty of fans.” – Matej Sopoci, chief product officer at Synot Games.

“Player acquisition is considerably more difficult – not to mention more expensive – and so you definitely don’t want to lose a player to a complex, convoluted sign-up process.”

An astute observation from Filip Hlavacek, online chief delivery officer at Synot Games, which will resonate with those looking to reach new player bases as more of the world embraces online gaming.

Speaking to CasinoBeats, Hlavacek explained that the overall sign-up processes differ in each jurisdiction – with the more tedious procedures requiring numerous lengthy forms, validations and checks. At one point or another, we’ve all come across these onboarding processes.

So in order to keep players happy and make sure they don’t abandon the sign-up process midway through, Hlavacek emphasised one key word: simplicity.

He said: “When it comes to your sign-up processes, keep it simple. The player should be required to do the bare minimum. If this isn’t possible, at least allow your player to complete the sign-up in stages.

“Another thing to remember is UX/UI. Have experts in these areas design the sign-up process to make it as quick and painless as possible for the player – ideally, it should be possible to complete the process during rush-hour on a bumpy bus ride.”

At Synot Games simplicity is front and centre of any UX/UI processes. This allows the players to focus on the game content itself.

By taking a simplistic approach, the games developer has been able to complete quick updates as and when it has been necessary, thereby meeting the various requirements across all of the different markets.

Hlavacek added: “UX is a story of its own, especially when it comes to the game itself. At Synot Games, we’ve been focusing on the minute details of each and every game to make sure that players have a stand-out experience every single time.

“We’ve been fine tuning our game flows, as well as altering both the audio and visual presentations – the latter of which is usually the most complex element of developing a new title. Ultimately we want the experience to be flawless. We want to keep our players coming back!”

Another way in which Synot Games is taking its offering to the next level is through personalisation and gamification – two processes which Hlavacek noted are key drivers of both player engagement and retention.

As a content provider, he shared, the options for personalisation are limited largely due to a ban on player profiling.

To overcome this challenge, the supplier has worked with “anonymous players” which shed some light on a game’s performance, player interaction and behavioural trends and how this might differ across each market.

“By working with anonymous players, we can use their activity to create outlines for different player personas. These personas can then be used to adapt our overall game design to different player types. It is then up to the operator to decide which players fit the right personas.

“From a gamification perspective, we’ve also been taking a number of different, innovative approaches which we believe have yielded great results.

“One thing we’ve found is that players like to be challenged. They enjoy the games where there are clear activities and goals – but these games must be fun, achievable and rewarding for the player. Making the player work hard in a game without very little, or no reward will only mean that they’ll stop playing.

“Put simply, there has to be a balance between player experiences and rewards. I’m not going to say that’s an easy balance to achieve, but once you find that sweet spot, you can keep your players engaged for considerably longer and ultimately boost their player life-time value. It’s a win-win for everyone.”

Throughout 2021, Synot Games has also been developing its standard free rounds bonus and Synot progressive bonus – products Hlavacek was referencing when he discussed how Synot Games is standing out from the competition.

“This industry is filled with fantastic companies with great products that span the various different elements of player engagement. So as you can imagine, we want to stand out from the crowd. The way that we do this is through the quality and delivery of our products. And I like to think we’ve been very successful this far.

“Our games are already certified in several jurisdictions including Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

“We have integrated our titles into more than a dozen platforms, and have made sure that we act in accordance with all of the regulatory requirements to deliver our content and tools. There are big things on the horizon for Synot Games.”

Celebrating six years of SYNOT Games, Chief Commercial Officer Martina Hrabinska looks back on the company’s highlights and outlines some of the plans for the next 12 months as the games developer continues to expand its international footprint.

2021 was an extremely busy and successful year for SYNOT Games. We kicked off the year with great news – we obtained the UKGC licence and entered the UK market, distributed our content portfolio in the German market and well-established markets such as Italy, Portugal, Romania, etc. through our partners operating there, leveraging the many opportunities we have out there. But it is important for us to maintain a stable position as a top provider in Slovakia and Czech Republic, our domestic markets.

Our game portfolio now boasts over 90 titles, with at least one-two games being developed per month. A lot of thought and effort went into their creation as they combine innovative concepts with different themes and designs, high-resolution graphics, and a rich array of in-game features such as variations of game volatility, an assortment of bonus wilds, multiplier symbols, the Hold and Win feature, not to mention the integration of our progressive bonus.

At SYNOT Games, we have a clear path ahead of us. We will continue to focus on regulated markets and maintain compliance throughout our operations.

Our aim remains to continuously strive for industry standards showcasing product and technical excellence and powerful collaborations. So, networking and keeping up with our partners is an essential part of our business.

Two exciting markets have a prominent position in our roadmap for this year – Bulgaria and Switzerland. These are regions to keep an eye on because the SYNOT Games logo will soon pop up much more often in these quarters.

The SYNOT Games slot development roadmap for the first half of 2022 has been announced and there’s plenty of great content to look forward to – new themes and sequels of our top performers, like Respin Joker.  We are already unpacking a fantastic range of new games every month with still more to come.

We are also expecting to see many more customers offering our content with an integrated SYNOT Progressive Bonus as we continue to integrate our proprietary bonus tool with their platforms. Plus, we have some surprises for our customers and players in the shape of holiday-themed slots, one launching very soon.

We are about to launch a new Hold and Win feature, which has recently become very popular among slot lovers of all types. Hold and Win is regarded as one of the more accessible features and it’s equally appealing to fans of traditional games and those who prefer modern releases.

In the coming months, players can look forward to another hot news item in our portfolio, Buy Feature. This option is exciting from the perspective that it lets gamers play the bonus at any time and furthermore, gives them an opportunity to chase huge prizes whenever they feel like doing so.

Our focus for this year is to stand out in a crowded digital space and strive for new ways to truly be distinguished. We plan the team growth as well, not just in a product department but across the whole company.

This year we celebrate the 6th year anniversary of SYNOT Games and it’s unbelievable to see that from just a small group of e-gaming enthusiasts we have grown into a team of 140 experts.

Golden Whale Productions has formed an alliance with SYNOT Games to offer the studio its range of in-house AI and Machine Learning tools.

The Malta-based igaming supplier has gained access to Golden Whale’s proprietary prediction models as a result of the deal, allowing the firm to deploy automated systems that ‘analyse and respond to game play data before providing recommendations for improvement’.

Eberhard Dürrschmid, Chief Executive Officer at Golden Whale, commented: “Golden Whale are very happy to announce the details of our latest strategic partnership with SYNOT Games and we’re really looking forward to working alongside a business with such a strong track record in igaming.

“It’s my firm belief that both predictive solutions and machine learning in general have an increasingly important role to play in the game development and sales process – and armed with our powerful technologies, we’re certain SYNOT will be well-placed to capitalise on this in future.”

Utilising the AI and ML services will provide SYNOT with data that can help the developer to drive activity and game distribution, therefore strengthening the studio’s customer base across the 30 nations where it operates.

Filip Hlaváček, Chief Product Officer at SYNOT Games, added: “At SYNOT Games we’ve long prided ourselves on adopting cutting edge technology across our games and solutions, so teaming up with a pioneering data science company like Golden Whale was an obvious fit for us.

“We believe that the insights their predictive models will provide for our business across all facets of customer engagement and game distribution will prove to be a major asset for us and we’re extremely optimistic about what we’ll be able to achieve together going forward.”

SYNOT Games Product Manager, Katarina Ružičková, recently spoke to CasinoBeats about the studio’s new in-house Player Engagement and Acquisition tool that aims to make it “easier for operators to create compelling promotions”.

Another week has passed and an abundance of slot releases have hit the CasinoBeats inbox. Put your feet up as we guide you through a selection of what the industry has to offer, including 4ThePlayer’s Dream Drop dog show, a shrunken slot from Wazdan’s staple slot series and SYNOT Games’ royal release.

Slot of the Week

5 Doggy Millionaires Dream Drop – 4ThePlayer

Crazy canines have returned to the reels in 4ThePlayer’s latest slot 5 Doggy Millionaires Dream Drop, which implemented Relax Gaming’s progressive jackpots to claim the latest Slot of the Week title.

With players hoping to claim jackpot prizes via a special Dream Drop bonus wheel, 5 Doggy Millionaires Dream Drop is a 5×4 reel slot with 1,024-ways to win and a maximum win of up to x5,000 the player’s stake. The slot has medium-high volatility with an RTP of 96%.

Henry McLean, Co-Founder, Commercial and Marketing Director at 4ThePlayer, commented: “We’re thrilled to unleash 5 Doggy Millionaires Dream Drop! With the return of our beloved dogs, the excitement of Relax’s Dream Drop Jackpot, and the fan-favourite money ways mechanic, it’s truly the paw-fect combination for players.”

Low and high value symbols, as well as wilds, can appear with prize bone embellishments. These prize bones come with different levels of prizes ranging from x2.2 to x200, depending on the reels that they land in.

Landing winning combinations that involve symbols with prize bones on them will award the prize value of the bone to the player’s payout. Additionally, dog bowl collect scatters can appear, collecting all prize bone values present on the reels and awarding them to the player.

Landing three or more respin trophies at once will trigger the respin game mode, awarding three spins for players to land as many prize bone dog symbols on an empty reel set as possible.

Additionally, ‘prize’ scatter symbols are included, with three prize scatters on the same spin triggering the Dream Drop bonus game, in which players can win one of five jackpot prizes.

Wild tennis balls can also drop into play, substituting for all aforementioned symbols but not for the pick-me kennels, collect scatters, respins trophies or cash bones.

With the respins bonus game mode, players are given three spins to land as many dogs with prize bone symbols on the reels as possible. Each symbol that drops into play will reset the number of spins to three.

Once all spins have been played out, the player will receive the sum of all prize value bones on the board.

When activating the Dream Drop bonus game, players gain one spin of the Dream Drop wheel that will award one of five progressive jackpot prizes.

Moreover, a random frisbee feature can occur in the base game mode. This frisbee causes symbols on the reels to shuffle into new places to either create or improve a prize bone win.

Featured slots

One Coin – Wazdan

Wazdan has shrunken its flagship Coins series to just one single reel in the studio’s latest coin-collecting slot release, One Coin. To gain wins in this title, players must land symbols fully visible on the game’s single, one-cell reel.

Andrzej Hyla, Chief Commercial Officer at Wazdan, stated: “One Coin presents partners and their players with a fresh and inspired offering, revolutionary not just for our beloved series but the industry as a whole.

“The single reel excitement maximises players’ chances for grand wins courtesy of our trusted mechanics including Hold the Jackpot and Chance Level, but vitally eye-catching new features including the mystery multiplier working to boost player retention levels and elevate the bonus game experience.”

Bonus coins appear throughout the base game, offering prize values between x1 and x5 the player’s stake.

Jackpot coins can also appear on the reels, with mini (x10), minor (x20) and major (x50) prizes being distributed when their respective coins land fully on the single reel.

Special ‘mystery’ coins can also drop into play, revealing random cash prizes between x1 and x100 the player’s wager.

Players can gain access to the ‘Hold the Jackpot’ bonus game if a golden scatter depicting its name lands fully on the reels.

In this game mode, players are given three spins on a 1×1 reel to land as many cash prizes fully visible on the single-cell as possible. Each prize that appears fully on the reel will reset the number of spins to three.

Additionally, the grand jackpot coin can appear in this bonus game mode, awarding x500 the player’s preferred bet.

Mystery multipliers can also land on the reel, applying a multiplier between x2 and x10 to the player’s total winnings across the bonus game mode.

All Ways Queen – SYNOT Games

SYNOT Games offered expanding wilds in its latest royal slot release, All Ways Queen, a 5×4 reel slot with 27-paylines and a maximum win worth x252 the player’s stake. The slot has medium-low volatility with an RTP of 85.09-97.95%.

Lukáš Hrabinský, Lead Game Producer from SYNOT Games, commented: “This slot’s main feature is obviously its both-ways pay mechanic which is brought to life by the excitement of its central character and her expansion.

“The punk influence compliments the strong and simple style of this low-volatility title with a good hit rate and great visuals.”

Low value symbols come in the form of cherries, lemons, oranges and plums. These symbols can award wins worth x1 the player’s wager if the right number of symbols land on a winning payline.

Moving up the paytable, grapes, watermelons and bars depict the medium value symbols, offering between x2 and x4 the player’s stake.

High value symbols are represented by bells and red lucky sevens. If the right number of matching combinations fall on one turn, these symbols can award between x8 and x10 the player’s bet.

Scatter stars can also appear on the reels, awarding x20 or x50 the player’s wager when three or four land on the same turn, respectively.

Finally, Queen wilds can drop into play on reels two and three. These wilds will expand across their full reels when they appear, substituting for all symbols other than the scatter stars.

Mystery of the Lamp Treasure Oasis – IGT PlayDigital

IGT PlayDigital has taken one of the supplier’s land-based classics online with Mystery of the Lamp Treasure Oasis, a 5×3 reel slot with 50-paylines and a maximum win worth x1,875 the player’s wager. The slot has an RTP of 94.22%.

“Adding Mystery of the Lamp to IGT PlayDigital’s content library for the U.S. enables our customers to offer players another highly successful IGT land-based game across platforms,” said Gil Rotem, IGT PlayDigital President.

“Much like we did with IGT’s Prosperity Link’s arrival in the online space, we anticipate players and operators will quickly gravitate to Mystery of the Lamp given its strong following around the world and the quality of the gameplay experience.”

Purple, orange and crystal gems can land on the reels, applying themselves to their respective pots that sit above the reels. These pots can become filled on random spins where their respective gemstones appear, which will trigger the ‘mystery of the lamp’ bonus.

Depending on the pot that activates the ‘mystery of the lamp’ feature, enhancements will become available throughout the bonus game mode. However, multiple pots can become filled on the same spin, causing multiple features to become active for the bonus game mode.

The crystal gemstone fills up the ‘jackpot’ pot. If this pot helps to trigger the bonus game mode, the game will use 30 reels, whereas each bonus game impacted by the other two pots only uses 15 reels.

Once the game mode begins, players are given three spins in which gold coins can drop into play, displaying monetary values that will be awarded to the player once the game mode finishes.

The triggering gemstones can also land on the reels, awarding special features. If the purple gemstone fills the ‘double’ pot to trigger the game mode, purple gemstones can appear on the reels, doubling the values of any gold coins they apply themselves to.

Each coin on the reels can be doubled up to four times throughout the same bonus game mode.

If the orange gemstone fills the ‘ignite’ pot to trigger the game mode, orange gemstones can appear on the reels to enhance the prize values of any coins they apply themselves to.

When the ‘jackpot’ pot helps to activate the game mode, special jackpot meters sit below the reel set. Each crystal gemstone that appears will apply itself to one of the jackpot meters below the reels, which will award a jackpot prize once filled.

These jackpot prizes include mini (x12.5), minor (x31.25), maxi (x125), major (x1,000) and grand (x1,875).

The grand jackpot prize can also be awarded if the reels become completely filled with bonus gold coins.

Offering additional power and flexibility to operators in a bid to ultimately heighten engagement and retention is a tightrope that is often being trodden by many suppliers across the global online casino space.

This hasn’t escaped the attention of SYNOT Games, which is aiming to achieve exactly this via the addition of enhanced gamification and competition layers through its new Player Engagement and Acquisition Kit tool.

PEAK, SYNOT says, will deliver increased engagement, loyalty and interaction, as well as offering quick and easy promotion management and compliance with regulations, among its key benefits and features.

Subsequently, Product Manager Katarina Ružičková sat down with CasinoBeats to detail the motivations behind the introduction, how this better meets the needs of operators compared to similar offerings, what improvements we can expect moving forward and much more.

CasinoBeats: To begin, could you outline the thought process behind the introduction of PEAK and what you are hoping to achieve with the tool?

Katarina Ružičková: PEAK, or the Player Engagement and Acquisition Kit, was developed with the goal of enhancing player engagement and making it easier for operators to create compelling promotions.

The journey began with a Minimum Viable Product, which was rigorously tested internally. Not only was it tested by our team, but our entire company participated in a Christmas tournament, giving us invaluable insights.

It took one and a half years to go from the initial idea to launching live tournaments. We wanted to ensure that the tool is intuitive for operators and engaging for players, enabling them to participate in exciting tournaments without disrupting their gaming experience.

CB: What results were evident from what were undoubtedly intensive testing phases? And what alterations were implemented as a result?

KR: The intensive testing phase led us to make several important UI and UX adjustments. Our focus was on making the interactive icon more intuitive, improving its design, and refining the logic.

This icon plays a crucial role by showing countdowns, player progress, and tournament rankings in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to gameplay. Animations were added to make the experience feel more dynamic and in-the-moment.

These refinements, based on internal feedback, significantly improved player interaction, creating a more seamless experience.

CB: How do you believe that this will better address the needs of operators when compared to the numerous similar offerings available on the market?

KR: PEAK stands out because it combines an intuitive setup for operators with a highly engaging, interactive design for players. It brings gamification and a competitive edge to igaming, which not only improves player retention but also enhances acquisition and reactivation efforts.

Operators can set up tournaments and prize drops across multiple casinos, currencies, and games with ease. The ability to run multiple tournaments simultaneously, combined with real-time player tracking, translation into 32 languages, and customisable eye-catching graphics, makes PEAK a comprehensive solution that simplifies and elevates the promotion process.

Additionally, we’ve built PEAK with strict jurisdictional requirements in mind, ensuring it is compliant with even the most rigorous regulatory environments. Features like the ability to track player progress without interrupting gameplay are particularly valuable in today’s competitive market.

CB: You vow to deliver enhanced player engagement and increased interaction. What strategies and functionalities will be at play to achieve this?

KR: From my experience working in online casinos, I understand how difficult it can be to create engaging promotions without the right tools. PEAK solves this by allowing operators to effortlessly create tournaments and prize drops that attract both existing and new players.

These promotion types cater to different audiences, giving operators the flexibility to run campaigns that appeal to diverse player segments.

With features like Happy Hour in Prize Drop, which boosts overall performance by awarding players special prizes or increasing their chances to win, PEAK helps operators create dynamic, engaging experiences and lively gaming atmosphere that keep players coming back.

CB: How do you envisage the ongoing developments and upgrades of PEAK progressing moving forward? What can we expect to witness to ensure that it differs from the norm?

KR: PEAK is a constantly evolving project. We are already working on new promotion types, reward options, and innovative features like a player dashboard.

One exciting upcoming feature is our version of the ‘Wheel of Fortune,’ which we plan to launch early next year. While the details are still under wraps, I can promise that it will add a fresh twist to the classic concept, differentiating PEAK from other similar offerings on the market.

We aim to keep pushing the boundaries of player engagement with continuous updates and new functionalities.

SYNOT Games has secured its entry into the Swiss igaming market after forming an alliance with Casino Lugano’s Swiss4Win brand.

Following the agreement, Casino Lugano’s online casino offering will be bolstered by slots from SYNOT Games’ content portfolio. The move continues SYNOT’s European expansion efforts having formed recent deals in Serbia with Rizk and Italy with Betano.

Another week has passed and a flurry of slot releases have hit the CasinoBeats inbox. Put your feet up as we guide you through a selection of what the industry has to offer, including a satanic slot sensation from Hacksaw Gaming, fiery wild wins with SYNOT Games and the latest Rick and Morty title from Blueprint Gaming

Slot of the Week

SixSixSix – Hacksaw Gaming

This week’s Slot of the Week award was handed to Hacksaw Gaming for its satanic showcase of wheel-spinning wins in SixSixSix, a 4 reel slot with 14-paylines and a maximum win of up to x16,666 the player’s wager. The slot has high volatility with an RTP of 96.15 per cent.

Low value symbols come in the form of crossbones, axes, cigarettes, alcohol and bibles. These symbols can offer between x0.2 and x3 the player’s bet when the right number of matching combinations fall on one turn.

Meanwhile, high value symbols are represented by potion bottles, ghouls, wolves, dogs and devil fists. If the right number of winning combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x1 and x50 the player’s wager.

Special blue six symbols can also drop into play, but only on reels one, three and five. Each time a blue six symbol lands on the reels, it will present a wicked wheel that can be spun for enhanced payout prizes.

When blue six symbols appear in the bonus game mode, wicked wheels will appear in their place, with up to three wicked wheels available on the same spin.

Spinning the blue six wheels can reveal several different prizes, and spinning two or three wheels on the same spin will combine them together.

These blue wicked wheel prizes include:

  • The game’s maximum win of x16,666
  • Adding multipliers from x5 to x100
  • Multiplying multipliers from x2 to x10
  • Six symbols that activate a free spins feature

If adding multipliers are revealed, each additive multiplier presented across one or several wicked wheels will be added together and applied to the player’s stake. However, if a multiplying multiplier appears, it will be applied to any other additive multipliers that were revealed across the wicked wheels.

For example, if a player places a €1 stake and three wicked wheels reveal one x2 multiplier and two adding multipliers of x5 and x10, the player will see their €1 stake multiplied by x30, as x5 + x10 = x15 and x15 multiplied by two is x30.

If one six symbol is revealed by the wicked wheel, players will be taken to the ‘speak of the devil game mode’ with 10 free spins. In this game mode, special red six symbols can also appear, revealing enhanced red wicked wheels when they drop into play.

Red wicked wheel prizes include:

  • The game’s maximum win of x16,666
  • Adding multipliers from x10 to x500
  • Multiplying multipliers from x3 to x20

If two six symbols appear across two wicked wheels on the same spin, the ‘let hell break loose’ feature will be activated with 10 free spins. Only red six symbols can appear in this feature, and the chances of landing one are increased.

Finally, if three six symbols land across three wicked wheels on the same spin, the ‘what the hell’ feature is activated, awarding 10 free spins with at least one guaranteed red wheel on every spin. Blue wheels will not appear in this game mode.

Featured Slots

Firebird 81 – SYNOT Games

SYNOT Games brought the heat with its latest fiery slot sequel, Firebird 81, a 4×3 reel slot with 81-paylines and a maximum win of up to x200 the player’s wager. The slot has medium-low volatility with an RTP of 96.12 per cent.

Lukáš Hrabinský, Lead Game Producer at SYNOT Games, said: “This release is a visually stunning continuation of our Firebird brand, a perfectly balanced mixture of its predecessor and our popular Fruit Awards title.

“The firebird wild symbol is a simple but effective enhancement to the experience and winning potential of each spin.“

Low value symbols are represented by cherries, lemons, oranges, plums and grapes. These symbols can provide wins between x1 and x4 the player’s wager, depending on the number of paying combinations that fall on one turn.

Meanwhile, watermelons, bells and lucky sevens depict the high value symbols, offering between x4 and x160 the player’s bet.

Fiery firebird wilds can also drop into play, substituting for all symbols in the game. When one, two or three wilds apply to the same winning combination, the payout will be multiplied by x2, x4 or x8, respectively.

Rick and Morty Strike Back – Blueprint Gaming

Wub-a-lub-a-dub-dub! Rick and Morty return to the reels in Blueprint Gaming’s latest slot, Rick and Morty Strike Back, a 6×4 reel slot with 4,096 ways to win and a maximum win of up to x10,000 the player’s wager. This slot has medium-high volatility with an RTP of 95 per cent.

Jo Purvis, Director of Marketing, PR and Events at Blueprint Gaming, stated: “The Rick and Morty series has been among our most successful titles in recent years and so we are delighted to welcome the latest addition to the player-favourite game family.

“Slot enthusiasts and Rick and Morty fans are sure to love the trip down memory lane and enjoy the stimulating gameplay and thrilling array of bonus games maximising the chance of grand wins. The portal of payouts awaits.”

Cash symbols can drop into play on any of the reels, depicting either monetary values or jackpot prizes of minor (x20), major (x200) or mega (x2,500). These prize symbols can be collected by Rick and Morty collect symbols that only appear on reels one and six.

When three or more bonus spaceship scatters land on the reels for the first time, players will have the choice of two game modes – Rick C-137 spins or Morty spins.

Once players have accessed both of these game modes in separate bonus triggers, the third and fourth features – Rick Prime spins and Evil Morty spins – will be available the next time three scatters drop into play.

Landing three or more scatters offers eight Rick C-137 spins, one Morty spin, eight Rick Prime spins or one Evil Morty spin. However, landing four, five or six scatters will also provide instant wins worth x20, x100 or x500 the player’s stake, respectively.

In the Rick C-137 spins, all prize and collect symbols are removed from play while collecting three wild symbols across different spins will upgrade the payouts provided by high value Rick C-137 symbols.

For every three wilds that are collected, two additional spins will be provided, while landing two, three, four, five or six bonus scatters will provide four, eight, 12, 20 or 30 extra spins.

With the Morty spins game mode, only prize, collect and special Morty multiplier symbols can appear on the reels. Collect symbols are guaranteed to appear, along with at least one prize symbol.

Any Morty multipliers that appear will enhance the collected prize and increase the win potential.

Once the one Morty spin has been completed, players will be presented with two portals to choose from. One portal awards an additional Morty spin, while the other will return the player to the base game with their collected winnings.

In the Rick Prime spins, all prize and collect symbols are removed from play while collecting three wild symbols across different spins will cause the lowest-paying high value symbol to be removed from play, as well as awarding two extra spins.

Landing two, three, four, five or six bonus scatters will provide four, eight, 12, 20 or 30 extra Rick Prime spins.

For the Evil Morty spins game mode, only prize, collect and Evil Morty character symbols can drop into play. Collect symbols are guaranteed to appear, along with at least one prize symbol.

Evil Morty symbols can trigger one of three random features when they drop into play, including a boost feature that enhances all prize symbols on the reels. The max feature will increase all monetary prize symbols to the maximum cash value while the collector feature accumulates all cash prizes that are in view, without removing them, and adds them to its own value.

Similarly to the Morty spins feature, players will be presented with two portals to choose from. One portal awards an additional Evil Morty spin, while the other will return the player to the base game with their collected winnings.

Blueprint Gaming has also implemented its Rapid Fire Jackpots function into this new release. Landing five Rapid Fire symbols anywhere on the reels triggers the Rapid Fire Wheel, offering stake multiplier wins ranging from x5 to x1,000 or one of five progressive jackpots.

A Big Catch – Betsoft

Betsoft has turned to a popular fishing theme for its latest slot A Big Catch, presenting players with a 5×3 reel slot with 243 ways to win and a maximum win of up to x3,300 the player’s wager. This title is highly volatile with a 96.5 per cent RTP.

Fernando Van Velzen, Head of Account Management at Betsoft, explained: “We are incredibly excited to introduce A Big Catch – Hold & Win to our players and partners. This game embodies the innovation and entertainment that Betsoft is known for, and we believe it will be a huge hit.

“The new reset symbol adds a unique twist to the Hold & Win feature, providing players with more opportunities to win big. We can’t wait for everyone to experience the thrill of A Big Catch – Hold & Win.”

Bonus spheres can drop into play, displaying either monetary values from x0.6 to x12 the player’s stake or jackpot prizes of mini (x15), minor (x30) and major (x200). Landing six or more spheres on the same spin will activate the Hold & Win game mode.

Additionally, gold sharks can land on the reels. These special sharks can only impact the Hold & Win game mode, but do contribute to the six or more symbols needed to trigger the feature when appearing in the base game.

In the Hold & Win game mode, players are given three spins to land as many bonus spheres on an empty reel set as possible. Each symbol that appears in the game mode will reset the number of spins to three.

Every gold shark that appears in the game mode will perform a reset feature, collecting all values from other spheres – including jackpots – and adding them to its own value. The collected spheres will then disappear, creating more potential for further spheres to land in play.

Once all three spins have been completed, players will receive the sum of all spheres and gold sharks that are present on the grid. If the grid becomes filled with 15 spheres or sharks, the grand jackpot prize of x2,000 will be won.

Finally, tool box wilds can appear on reels two, three and four, substituting for all symbols other than the bonus spheres and gold sharks.
