Global omni-channel platform provider TG Lab has boosted its Brazilian footprint through the acquisition of gambling software provider, SysGaming.

The firm emphasised that the move aligns with its strategic ambition to strengthen its foothold across Latin America, with the provider already live in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay and Peru.

The acquisition of SysGaming will allow TG Lab to continue delivering bespoke, localised experiences in real-time to LatAm partners in both Spanish and Portuguese.

Commenting on the deal, TG Lab Chief Executive Officer Ugnius Simelionis, said: “We see this move as the start of establishing our LatAm leadership credentials. We’re already partnered with some of the market’s biggest brands, and we’re delighted to welcome the SysGaming team into the TG Lab group.

“SysGaming had established a strong reputation in Latin America for exceptional quality development, its localised games and impressive aggregator – all factors which made them a ‘perfect fit’ for the TG Lab ecosystem.

“Their innovative approach to game design and platform development is one to be admired and has undoubtedly allowed them to build a solid presence in the region.

“We are very much looking forward to leveraging each other’s strengths. With their knowledge and expertise, we can now offer LatAm operators the best localised service on the market. As we continue to grow together over the next 12 months, we have big plans to grow our team in LatAm and solidify our position as an industry leader. Stay tuned for plenty more big developments soon enough.”

By strengthening its localised game development and platform expertise for LatAm, TG Lab’s partners will gain access to native content spanning the sports betting and iGaming verticals, specialised for the region.

SysGaming’s team of almost 30 development experts will also join TG Lab, bringing with them their extensive experience in quality platform development.

The integration of SysGaming’s range of games and platform development capabilities into TG Lab’s proprietary platform will begin immediately, making SysGaming’s full roster of innovative content available to TG Lab’s partners.

This will include SysGaming’s slots and crash games studio, giving TG LAB the opportunity to bring game design capabilities in-house and develop personalised, localised games for partners.

TG Lab has announced the launch of a full turnkey online casino, sportsbook and agency solution in Lebanon with Casino du Liban.

Through the deal, Casino du Liban, the exclusive land-based gaming provider in Lebanon, has launched online casino and sports betting for the country’s players.

“As the exclusive casino in the country, it is our responsibility to ensure that players have the best possible experience at our land-based venue and now online. With TG Lab as our platform partner, we can do just that,” commented Roland Khoury, Chairman and General Manager of Casino du Liban.

“This news will also hopefully eliminate the illegal online market in Lebanon, with players now having access to a place where they can play online safely and securely. We undertook a very competitive RFP process and TG Lab emerged as the leader to provide the platform and technology for our online sportsbook and casino,” he added.

Earlier this year, TG Lab received a green light to provide player account management and igaming and sportsbook platform services in the Netherlands market.

“We are truly honoured to have been chosen by Casino du Liban to power its online sportsbook and casino,” added Ugnius Simelionis, CEO of TG Lab.

“It really is an iconic brand, and we look forward to helping the operator unlock the huge potential of legal online gaming in Lebanon through the combination of its prestigious name and our cutting-edge technology.”

TG Lab has documented its entry into the regulated Dutch market, as the omni-channel software solutions provider gained the required certifications for its player account management and igaming and sportsbook platforms.

Certification enables the B2B provider to aid its long-term operators make their debut in the recently regulated market.

The company also states that it’s in late-stage discussions with a number of operators looking to launch in the country, and leverage its customisable and localised technology suite.

The TG Lab igaming platform has been designed to allow operators to take control of the technology and accelerate product innovation, as well as allowing them to cut down on operational costs.

This, it adds, is achieved through advanced automation that replaces a number of manual processes and activities.

Platform functions include being able to manage multiple brands in an array of regulated markets from a single platform, and the ability to add bespoke functionality based on the operator’s own needs.

“The Netherlands has the potential to be one of the biggest online gambling markets in Europe and the early numbers are already surpassing initial expectations,” explained Ugnius Simelionis, CEO of TG Lab.

“Right now, we are focusing our expansion plans on the DACH region so securing the required certifications to launch in the Netherlands supports this strategy, and further strengthens our presence in Western Europe where we are active in markets such as Germany and Belgium.

“We go to great lengths to ensure that our platform, products and services are available to operators in all regulated markets across Western Europe and beyond and expect to be a key player in the Netherlands as the market continues to grow and mature.”

Certification in the Netherlands comes shortly after TG Lab made its debut in Belgium and Germany. In addition, the provider already holds licenses in the UK, Malta and its platform has been certified in multiple Nordic and Baltic countries.

Omni-channel platform provider TG Lab has praised “a major milestone” as the firm strives to achieve further global expansion, following the receipt of a critical gaming supply licence by the Malta Gaming Authority.

The group, which supplies igaming and sportsbook platforms for operators across regulated markets, says that the B2B licence provides the business with the opportunity to strengthen its position as a technology supplier within Europe’s online casino industry.

William Jur, TG Lab VP of business development, said: “Securing our MGA B2B licence is a major milestone for our business as we continue our expansion. Our omni-channel igaming software service is now more readily available and enables us to strike more mutually beneficial partnerships.”

TG Lab’s turnkey technology is already certified in Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, with the company asserting that there are plans in place to expand into Spain, United Kingdom and Australia.

The company suggests that a strong focus on localisation and the provision of a bespoke approach are key factors in enabling operators to become market leaders in an increasingly competitive gaming scene.

“Speed to market of localised solutions is vital and our modular approach ensures this commitment delivers unceasingly,” added Jur.

“We are ready to back our partners in any regulated market they target, anywhere in the world. That is part of our core strategy and it works well.”

Online betting and gaming organisation Betsson Group has teamed-up with omnichannel igaming software solutions provider TG Lab to launch SuperCasino in the Estonia market.

Becoming the latest brand in the group’s portfolio to target the region, SuperCasino.ee also represents the second Betsson Group ‘Pay N Play’ entity debuted alongside the firm.

TG Lab, which provides sportsbook and igaming platforms for operators across Europe, lauds speed to market of localised solutions as “vital,” with its service also including proprietary modules which are designed to meet demand for land based and online verticals.

The solutions provider praises Betsson’s “wide-ranging experiences” in implementing a multi-brand strategy in various markets, asserting that its new launch, which will stand alongside its Betsafe entity in the country, was the next logical development.

Kaido Ulejev, commercial director of the CEECA at Betsson, stated: “Even in a relatively small market such as Estonia, our consumers form part of different segments. These segments are unique, and we needed to launch a new brand in order to address a particular group.

“The idea behind SuperCasino is to provide simple, accessible entertainment in the best way possible and TG Lab helped us to combine the modern Pay N Play solution approach with a localised product.”

Over the past four years a partnership has developed between both companies resulting in the development of multiple projects across the Nordics, Germany, Lithuania, Germany, Finland, Malta and now Estonia.

Ugnius Simelionis, TG Lab CEO, commented: “We have an excellent relationship with Betsson and we’re thrilled to be working together to launch the Pay N Play solution for Estonia’s SuperCasino brand. Our flexible technology provides operators with the perfect platform to accelerate growth and we’re certain it will deliver strong results.”

Last month Betsson published its latest financial update, which shows that group revenue for the year’s second quarter increased 20 per cent to SEK 1.53bn (2019: SEK 1.27bn).
